「我們香港人」倡導計劃 
“We Hongkongers” Initiative

• 「我們香港人」由香港民意研究所轄下香港民意研究計劃 (香港民研) 倡導，得到眾多公民社會成員支持
  “We Hongkongers” is an initiative advocated by Hong Kong Public Opinion Program (HKPOP) of Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute (HKPORI), with the support of many members of the civic society.
• 香港民意研究所委任兩位顧問為倡導計劃之名譽總監，以協助計劃之發展，未來可能會邀請更多顧問參與：
  HKPORI has recruited two advisors as the Honorary Directors to help it develop the initiative, more advisors may be recruited in due course:
  1. 梁啟智

     Benson WONG
     香港文化研究、政治學獨立學者

• 倡導計劃已經選出以下5條問題於2019年10月17日開始進行先導研究：
  The following five (5) questions have been selected for pilot study starting at 17th Oct 2019:
  1. 社會上有意見認為警方喺7.21事件同黑社會合作。你有幾贊成或者反對呢種講法？
     There are views in the society saying the 7.21 incident involved collusion of the Police Force and triads. How much do you agree or disagree with this view?
  2. 社會上有意見認為警察之中混入咗中國公安或者武警。你有幾相信呢種講法？
     There are views in the society saying there are Chinese People’s Police or People’s Armed Police Force in the Police Force. How much do you believe in this view?
  3. 社會上有意見認為而家社會狀況不適宜照原定日程舉行區議會選舉。你有幾支持或者反對將區議會選舉押後舉行？
     There are views in the society saying the District Council Election should not be held as scheduled. How much do you support or oppose postponing the District Council Election?
  4. 有區議會參選人因為同「光復香港 時代革命」口號嘅相關言論被選舉主任查詢政治立場。你認為選舉主任喺考慮候選人資格嘅時候應唔應該考慮呢句口號？
     Some candidates of the District Council Election are being questioned on their political stance because of speeches related to the slogan “Liberate Hong Kong, revolution of our times”. Do you think returning officers should take this into consideration when ruling on candidacy?
  5. 美國國會現正審議《香港人權與民主法案》，內容包括制裁美國認為有侵犯香港人權嘅人。你有幾支持或者反對呢個法案？
     The U.S. Congress is reviewing the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act, which would sanction people thought to have infringed human rights in Hong Kong. How much do you support or oppose this Act?
• 倡導計劃將會在每個工作天收集最少334個樣本，進行滾動調查，所有調查結果會在整理後盡快公布
  A minimum sample size of 334 per rolling day is set for the initiative, all findings will be open for public consumption as soon as they are ready.
• 所有香港民研意見群組的成員皆可提交建議在滾動調查加進新題目
  All PopPanel members can make submissions for adding specific questions to the rolling poll.
• 任何團體動員超過一萬名聯署可以將題目正式加入「我們香港人」之滾動調查
  Any organization who have mobilized (with proven evidence) more than 10k “petitions” for adding any question to the rolling poll will be entertained officially by “We Hongkongers”.
• 倡導計劃將會建立由非政府組織及公民機構組成的網絡，及邀請他們在滾動調查加進特設題目
  A network of NGOs and civil organisations will be constructed, they will be invited to add specific questions to the rolling poll.
• 「我們香港人」倡導計劃將於下星期二(10月22日)推出其眾籌計劃
  “We Hongkongers” will launch its crowdfunding project next Tuesday, 22 Oct 2019.
